Will it all fit?????

So this morning I was again off down to Sarahs early doors to pick up the children for school.

Having looked in the garage yesterday at all the stuff I have accumulated I am still hopeful that I will be able to fit everything I want to keep in the new shed haha.

When I returned Scott had already turned up and was cracking on with the last part of the fence.

Next we puzzled over the best way to build the base for the new shed. After many ideas Scott landed on a plan and he set to work.

He worked steadily throughout the morning with me acting as his skivvy, fetching wood, hammers screws that sort of thing and of course a constant supply of fruit teas.

By 1 o'clock we were at the position of being able to back file the cavity under the shed with all the rubble that had come off the raised flower bed which I had knocked down when I had joined the chain gang at the end of last week. All of the rubble fitted into the shed shell which was a bonus and by 2.30 Scott was screwing down the floor.

He has also fashioned a nifty step to make access into the new shed easier. We covered it with a tarpaulin to keep it dry just in case it rained and I will see him again on Thursday, when the new shed has been delivered and he can help me put it up.

Ian my gardener also featured in the mix today and mother came for tea and now we are just about to return to her house to play cards.
