Short and sweet today people, as I am starting the Jubilee celebrations with a party at Sarah's this afternoon into the evening.
I was up early baking mince pies cupcakes corned beef pie and also making coleslaw and some potato salad.
I have been running around this morning like a mad man, as the street decorating crew called on me in the middle of my cooking frenzy to ask if I had any additional flags for the lamp posts.
So now I am washed and dressed suitable in red white and blue and my car is loaded with all the goodies and I am only running 15 minutes late, which I think is amazing.
Last visit to Ely today. I just wanted to share some of the amazing food that we ate over the four days and to also thank my cruise friends, Carol, Keith, Sandra and Steven for their wonderful company.
