So time is defo running out.
At the moment this is very much how I would look if I hit the beach. I only have until the middle of August to do something to sort out my comfy curvy look.
I sometimes wish I was like those people who just don't give a dam what they look like in a swimsuit, but I am not one of them.
So I have already started to cut down on my calorie intake so now I need to tone up the rest of my body.
I had found several exercises which are not to onerous and take about 10 to 15 mins to complete and are to target the flubbly around my tummy.
I started doing them a while ago and then lethergy took over and I filed them in the to do basket. Well tonight I have dug them out and I reckon if I can discipline myself to do them morning and night I will get into some sort of shape before my holidays haha, and that folks is my theory and I am sticking to it. If you want to play along with me here are the exercises I will be doing.
Today has been a funny old day, very hot and humid and a very bitty day mostly involving ferrying the boys here there and everywhere.
Sarah had asked me to take Harry for his mini taster session at Carmel School this afternoon, which I did and then I had to return 1 and half hours later to pick him up then it was back to Abbey to pick up Leighton.
Thursday has become my cleaning day and I was gearing myself up to skimming through the Jungalow this morning, however I had to call at the doctors surgery to pick up proof that I actually need to take my Trulicity Diabetic pens which are in essesence syringes on the aeroplane with me when we go on holiday. So having picked up the proof I headed home, when I turned into my street I waved at a neighbour who immediately invited me in for coffee haha. So nearly an hour later I carried on down to the Jungalow. Two more neighbours were chatting on my front so another half hour was used up there, by this time it was nearly lunch time and not a squirt of Domestoes spray had been shed. After lunch I had a whistle-stop tour of the Jungalow but had to leave to pick Harry up.
So there has been some cleaning of sorts accomplished today haha. The big thing at the moment is the bloody flies that are coming to my window sill to die. I have no idea where they are coming from but I have to strip the window sill down 3 or 4 times a week to sweep the tiny little flies away. I had a thought that it could be some coconut fibre soil that I bought and reconsistuted in water that may be the culprit but at the moment that is only a theory.
