I have for some time been unhappy with the saggy skin around my chin and eyes I have searched for exercises that could help. I am not in the market for surgery or chemical enhancement ie botox, so the search for natural remedies is real. Recently I purchased a book which has a series of facial exercises and is called Five minute Face Lift by Reinhold Benz. There are 21 exercises dealing with the muscles of the face. At the moment I am interested in my double chin and droopy eyes haha. In this section of the blog, I will share these exercises, have a look and maybe try some of the exercises. I will add to them over time.
Each exercise is held for a count of 5 and are repeated at a rate of 5 times per exercise for at least 5 days a week for the first two weeks. After two weeks increase the repetitions to 10 for another two weeks. Keep increasing every two weeks until 20 reps are achieved. You should show some results within 2 to 3 months. Make sure that each exercise is carried out with maximum force, there is no need to pause between exercises. If you chose 5 or 6 exercises it should only take you 10 minutes max. So not a lot out of your day.
So the first batch of exercises is for that troublesome chin and neck area. I will be trying them and reporting on progress why don't you join me?
