Just like that 1,000,000 brownie points

BOOM!!!!!! went to bed at 12 o'clock and sleep solidly until 9.30. Now that's a good nights sleep haha, I clearly needed it and my sore eyes yesterday showed me that was the case.

I decided that over the weekend | had been pretty lethargic and none productive, so today I am going to be hitting the ground running. That is until I run out of steam.

So, the first coffee of the day was administered, delicious, now fully awake and time to work on my schedule.

First off was to source a suitable birthday card for my lovely sister in law in South Wales write it and then take it to the postbox.

Of course, I could walk to the postbox in the next street along, but today I decided to (drum roll please drrrrrrrrrrr) ride my shiny red bicycle.

After a wobbly start and two laps of the grove as practice for balance purposes, I ventured out into the big world. I actually lost confidence and as the pavements were empty I rode along them.

Card posted I delivered the wool felted owl to Daves cousin who lives in the street opposite the post box. A cup of black coffee and two pieces of rocky road cake for a treat later I left for the short ride back to the Jungalow. Daves cousin was super happy with her owl so all good. Whilst I was at Brenda's for coffee she showed me some lovely deco mesh wreaths which she had been making. I think if any of you would like to do a wreath masterclass using the deco mesh and ribbon (not hessian and wire-like we did before) I would be happy to run a masterclass at the beginning of December. Just let me know if you are interested, the wreaths are super easy and look stunning.

Next, I was in the market for a massive hit of brownie points. I guestimate at least 1,000,000, so what was I going to do to earn such a glorious stash. I was going to take my electric hedge clippers to the mother units and reshape her bushes.

Well, it took me a good couple of hours but I finally got it done, Mum was bringing up the rear picking up the dropped clippings. So 3 black sacks later, brownie points safely banked, mother unit over the moon, I headed back to the Jungalow for some lunch.
