I want to break free

Well this weekend I will be celebrating two birthdays, my big sister Sues 70th and my daughters 35th.

So sister Sue has been celebrating her birthday since last weekend and has been out and about with various groups of friends all week. Tonight I will be joining her and Leanne to go and watch a tribute band to Queen.

Queen was one of Daves favourite bands but I can take them or leave them. Last night Sue and Leanne were taking in a tribute band to George Micheals, defo not for me.

But on the upside it is a reason to get dolled up and put a fresh pair of knickers on haha.

I have had a really really lazy day today. Venturing out only once to the One Stop Shop to return some stuff via the Hermes pick up point, and then baking Sarah a little cake for a tea time visit tomorrow, which is her official birthday, as it is Sues as well.

So the plan tonight is to pick Leanne and her son Jack up at my sisters at 6.15, we will then go into town to the Witherspoons pub for a simple meal and a few drinks before heading over to the Majestic theatre to watch the Queen tribute band. The BBQ chicken pizza was really nice, fresh made and very tasty.

Well I am back from the Majestic. My ears are ringing and not in a good way haha. It was very loud and as I am not a big fan of Queen I didn't recognise more than half of the songs. But as a night out and something different it was a great success. As you can see from the pictures the Freddie look a like did have quiet a few costmes changes to take in the most iconic Queen looks.
