How many door wreaths???

I am pleased to report that last night I had a much better sleep. I worked it out that I was probably too hot the previous night so, last night I vamoosed the quilt and just had a sheet over me.

Much better, of course when I woke at 7 this morning I was perished.

So to elevate the problem I pulled on the quilt again and slept until 9.30 haha. So there is a lesson to be learnt I think, put on the summer quilt instead of the Autumn one.

Anyway, at 9.30 I got up and began my day. I had it in my head that I would fill some charity bags, but even though that is a laudable project I can honestly say I was not really in the mood.

However, around 10.45 I decided to tidy out the kitchen walk-in cupboard. It was long past its time for tidying. I have a lot of my shoes in there and my collection of door wreaths, as well as my overflow drinks and spices. I was not quite prepared for the numbers of both shoes and wreaths which I tidied up lol, but it is done now. I did put some shoes in the charity bag, but I don't think 2 pairs can constitute a good clear out. But at the end of a couple of hours, I had sorted all 12 wreaths (yes 12 you heard right) and my collection of shoes, which I was keeping.

Last night I finished the wool felted owl which I was making for Daves cousin. She had been bought the craft kit by a friend and had no idea how to do it so I offered to make the owl for her.

I am not that interested in the Olympics (shock horror) but there are a couple of events that I don't mind watching. Today it was my favourite olympian Tom Daley's final individual diving competition. What an exciting event it turned out to be. Tom was amazing and managed to get a bronze medal but the two Chinese guys were something else.
