This could defo be me today haha. I have started to use my motivation water bottle today and let's put it this way I am becoming very well acquainted with my bathroom.
But on a brighter note, the extra water intake will be good for my skin, my diet, and will stop me from feeling so tired and hungry.
It is now 4.30 and I have been dancing with my loo 10 times so far haha. I actually don't feel as tired as I usually do in the afternoons so maybe drinking more water is the way to go. I have another 500mls to drink today to reach my 2.2-litre target. I guess my visits still have a chance of climbing haha. Putting the chopped cucumber in the water is defo the way to go, better than just plain water.
I have spent the day trying to locate the smell again!!!! But to no avail, I took the sink trap off and prepared myself for untold horrors, only to find that the pipe was sparkly clean as the day it was put in. But the smell remains. It has now morphed into a clear drain smell but I don't know where else I can look. Ben has suggested that I run a dishwasher cleaner through my machine to make sure there is nothing smelly stuck in the pipes, so I will give that a go later on.
I told you about my new bedroom chandelier the other day and the fact that I had ordered the wrong bulbs for it, well this afternoon I received said replacement bulbs and now the new light fitting is looking brill.
I have also replaced the dusk till dawn bulb that failed in my Narnia Lampost so I am all illuminated again.
This afternoon I cleaned the last room on the ground floor of the Jungalow, the craft room. Now it only remains for me to go upstairs into the princess tower to sort out the Christmas decorations and make a pile of unwanted bubbles, trees and fluffy Christmas toys I intend to donate to charity later in the year, before packing them away in the Christmas Cupboard until the end of the year.
Last night I watched a documentary called The Sinking of the Concordia Caught on Camera. It was made up entirely from passenger and crew footage caught on cameras and mobile phones. I have to say it was a great watch made all the more poignant by the amateur footage. Well worth a watch on catch up
