Okay, I got an email this morning from my good friend Karen who reads my blog in sunny South Africa. She was telling me of a glitch that has occurred over the past 2 days when opening the blog.
Apparently when she opens it she only gets to read the first paragraph before it is asking her to refresh.
Funnily enough, I have noticed that the blog readership had jumped dramatically but having received this email I realised that it was because people were having to reconnect a couple of times.
Please let me know either a quick text or an email if you have had trouble with the blog so that I can get onto the company that hosts my blog and sort it out.
As you know the mother unit is going down to Essex to visit her sister in law at the weekend and has asked if we would have our Christmas cards ready for her to take with her. This said I sat down this morning after the school run to write the three cards which would be required. So 48 cards later I have not only finished the ones for Essex but also the rest of my Christmas card writing, RESULT!!! another job to cross off the list. Couple that with half the Christmas Gifts purchased and wrapped I think I am doing well.
Tonight is my regular trip down to Sarah for my tea. I usually take Harry to basketball and wait to watch him then take him home in time for tea. This week I am taking fish and chips, and the odd sausage and mushy peas down from the chippie as a treat that should earn me a good few million brownie points haha.
Last night I was sitting relaxing and Alexa chirped up that the meeting at the church for J2B (Journey to Bethlehem) was due to start in 15 minutes, let me tell you I have not moved so fast in a long while, arriving at church in the nick of time haha.
During the meeting, I was told that they were still looking for a Joseph to play alongside me in the stable and that folks is the story of my life at the moment lol. The performance this year is on the
11th and 12th December from 4 till 8, if you haven't attended before it is a good watch where the audience moves around the different scenes from the Christmas story. It is free to attend and can be booked through the church office 07803989528.
