Early bread run

Wow-what a day yesterday. It was full-on and by the time I had full filled all my appointments and returned home, it was 10.45 pm. Yes folks 10.45 pm, well I sat down to watch the second half of The Great British Bakeoff which I had started yesterday morning when suddenly it was 1.30 am and I was watching Inside the Operating Theatre haha.

I decided that enough was enough and I got myself up and toddled off to bed. But of course, it was nearly 2 o'clock before I crawled into bed as I had makeup to take off, kitchen and lounge to put to bed etc.

But here is the rub about 5 hours later the alarm went off as I am back to school runs today. I also remembered that I had to make the boys packed lunches today, and had no bread, so at 7.45 am I was sprinting up the Grove to the One Stop Shop to secure some supplies. But sandwiches made and packed, children breakfasted and dispatched to school and it is still only 8.55 am phew.

Feeling a little jaded today, a bit woolly-headed and sniffy, I am putting it down to being a little tired and having had my flu jab yesterday. My arm is certainly a testament to that as it is really aching. So after yesterday, you would think an easy day was on the cards, you're having a giraffe arent you, I am going to be busy busy again today.

So after last nights marathon church meeting, I can now confirm that the J2B (Journey to Bethlehem) production will be on the 10th, 11th and 12th December and I will be reprising my role as Mary on the 3 nights haha.

I have also been in Governor mode this morning, reading up on a few policies and forms which were brought up at last nights meeting. But now I think I will break for coffee, before going down to spend quality time and wee wee time with my adopted fur baby (AKA Dave the labrador) who is home alone this morning as Lee is away. Can't have my furry friend crossing his legs until Sarah comes in from work tonight haha.

Tonight I will be taking Harry for his basketball training with Darlington Storm. After the dribblethon last Sunday they have raised £1233 so far for the Cash for Kids charity, which is fantastic.

Of course, I will be chauffeuring the mother unit to and from her sisters and having my evening meal down at Sarah's. She is going to do a mini pampering session on me, which is brilliant although she mentioned waxing my eyebrows and tash which sounds painful haha.
