170g plain flour
85g marg or butter
28g sugar
1 egg

115g marg or butter
115g sugar
85g semolina
56g cherries
85g raisins
115g marzipan
1 egg
8” flan tin
Place flour marg or butter, sugar and 1 egg in a bowl. Mix well with a fork to a firm doe. Knead until smooth.
Roll out into tin chill for 20 mins
Place marg or butter, sugar egg, semolina in a bowl beat with a wooden spoon until creamy.
Cut cherries in 1/4s add to bowl with the raisins.
Grate the marzipan into the bowl, fold into the mixture with a metal spoon
Cook for 20mins at 200C. reduce temp to 180C for 20 further mins or until golden brown.
Finish with a sprinkle of icing sugar when cold.
