Dickensian Bathroom.

And that folks, is exactly what I have just done. Walked into a piece of furniture in the dark.

So why am I stumbling around the Jungalow in the dark you may well ask?

This morning my alarm went off at 7.15 now as you all know at that time of the day it is still a bit dark.

I flicked on my bedroom light which illuminated the room for approximately 5 seconds before tripping the main consumer unit in the boiler cupboard.

Of course like an idiot I went around flicking switch in the hope that things would turn back on haha.

So into the boiler cupboard, I went and found the trip switch that had gone down and tried to restart the system, nothing, the switch would not stay down, so, ground floor lights of the Jungalow will not come on.

Now through the day no problem but as night has drawn in I am surviving on anything which can be plugged in lamps etc and candles. Ben came to see if he could fix it this morning, he could not, the electrician who installed the system came around 11 o'clock and he couldn't get it going either, then a friend of Bens who is an electrician came around 5 o'clock with him we made progress and identified that it was one of the 22 spotlights which are at fault. This means that each spot will have to be taken down individually and checked. So it looks like I am on lamps and candles for the foreseeable.

All that said tonight is the second wreath making masterclass and I am expecting Rita and Jonica around 7.30. We will be fine as I have purloined enough tables lamps to be able to see. It may be a little Dickensian in the bathroom with the candles, but it is very atmospheric haha.
