Good morning Monday, I have to say it soon gets around haha.
School run as normal this morning. On my return, I had to make an emergency phone call to my dentist. Over the last year, I have been complaining to the dentist about my canine tooth feeling strange, he has consistently assured me that it is okay.
Well on Thursday of last week it ramped up and became very uncomfortable, so I rang the dentist to get an appointment to see him. The appointment date I was given was the 5th of November, as it was still just niggling I took the appointment. Well over the weekend things ramped up further and now whenever I eat or drink anything hot I am in agony ivy. So this morning I was back on the phone and I was given a 3.15 slot today. I hope that he will x-ray the area to see what is going on.
Okay just back from the dentist, he did indeed take an x-ray which showed that my back tooth had a fracture under the gum line. As the tooth already was more filling than the tooth it was decided that it would have to come out, so here I am minus my tooth hoping that it will solve the problem I had. Judging by the state of the extracted tooth it had better be haha.
This morning also as my hip is still a little tender I have been crafting. I have been turning old curtain rings into Christmas decorations. I have to say brushing off my crochet skills was also a challenge, but watching a Youtube video and I'm back up to speed with slip stitches, single crochet and triple crochet haha. So miniature Christmas wreaths for the tree or as present tags.
Of course, the pictured wreaths are not quite finished yet. I guess I need to make enquiries to see if there are any craft fairs this year. So if any of you out there know of any upcoming fayres please let me know thank you. I will be sending out information with regard to the deco mesh wreath making masterclass I am intending to run next month, so watch this space for details.
Bit of excitement in the grove this afternoon. A helicopter has landed on Abbey playing fields which is just behind the houses on the opposite side of the grove from me. Don't know if it was the police or air ambulance but very noisy and intriguing. As you can see it is the air ambulance. These three paramedics emerged from one of the back gardens of a bungalow across the grove and legged it out of the grove to be picked up by a squad car and whisked away, so all very exciting.
