Surfing the net is about the amount of exercise I am doing at the moment.
Back in the summer I was following my Delay Don't Deny regime and exercising to Rosemary Connelly and the odd time taking my new dutch bicycle out for a spin, but now it is if I have gone into hibernation. No diet and certainly no exercise. I think after Christmas will be soon enough to start again haha.
Well, today has been one of medical visits and childminding on steroids.
The first port of call after the school run this morning was my diabetic yearly check-up clinic. Then on to the mother units to see if she was okay today. I have to say she sounds like an old steam engine but at least she is less confused than she was yesterday. At 2.15 I returned to mums to take her to see her GP. After a good examination the doctor decided that she should carry on with the antibiotics and also take a course of steroids, she also issued mum with an inhaler.
By the time we got out of the doctors, it was time to go to Aycliffe to pick up Robyn and Dominic from school. It doesn't happen very often that I have all 4 grandchildren to sit on at the same time, but tonight was one of those times. In actual fact, I will be sitting on all 4 children Wednesday and Thursday as well this week. Roll on the weekend when they break up from school for Christmas.
On the way home from Aycliffe I was so blown away by the amazing skies I just had to stop to photograph them, so here are the pictures enjoy.
