Last week was very busy for me. On Monday Sarah came to me to help me put up Christmas in the Jungalow. We had done the outside last week so now it was inside that needed addressing. So, whilst she sorted out the conservatory and lounge tree I did the fireplace and staircase. By the end of the day, I was defo feeling festive.
On Tuesday I picked Rita up and we went to MJ's Cake Cafe in Middleston St George for brunch, and very nice it was to.
Sarah and I had promised ourselves that we would go and visit TCL which is a Christmas Warehouse in Seaham. To be fair it didn't live up to its potential although they did make a fab Christmas Hot Chocolate haha. After TCL we visited Dalton Park well it would have been rude not to haha.
Last week my crafting ladies completed their deco mesh wreaths. Considering that we had a limited palette of colours and materials the range of wreaths was quite impressive.
I have been busy, busy with u3a this week also on Wednesday I was completing some training followed by the u3a Christmas Quiz which my team won get in there. Also this week as well as crafting I was out and about at the Chequers Inn with the luncheon group on Friday.
